Restorative Dentistry
From basic repair to complete dental work, our team of family dentists can replace broken or leaking fillings, design crowns and bridges, fit partial and complete dentures, and realign the bite. In more complex cases, our dentists can integrate implants to restore your mouth to full function.
Cosmetic Dentistry
Technological advances and improved dental materials allow us to help patients achieve their perfect smile. Our cosmetic dentists provide treatments for chipped, broken, or misshapen teeth.

We can also enhance your smile with our effective whitening products and brighten discolored teeth. Our most popular whitening product, Zoom! Whitening, is a light-activated, teeth whitening treatment, and is considered to be safe, fast and effective, offering dramatic results...teeth usually become six to ten shades whiter!

Endodontics (root canal therapy)
Our focus is on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of disorders of the dental pulp.

The dental pulp inside the tooth is often referred to as the nerve. When the pulp is injured or diseased, root canal therapy is necessary to relieve pain and save the tooth. With this approach, our cosmetic dentists are able to help patients keep their natural teeth, maintain optimum oral health, and retain their natural smile.

Oral Surgery
Removal of wisdom teeth or routine tooth extractions are performed by an oral surgeon in our Rapid City dental clinic with the use of local anesthesia, intravenous sedation, or general anesthesia. We discuss anesthetic options with each patient to decide which alternative is right for them.

Orthodontics
Braces and alignment treatments facilitate proper bite and tooth alignment. They can improve the appearance of the smile and straighten teeth. Our dental clinic offers conventional metal braces, as well as the Invisalign tooth alignment system.
Both of these people are straightening their teeth. The one on the right is using Invisalign.

Oral Conscious Sedation
Oral conscious sedation is ideal for those who experience anxiety over dentist visits or who will be undergoing a painful procedure. With Oral Conscious Sedation, the patient remains conscious and responsive but in a deeply relaxed state and feel no pain. Oral conscious sedation is also a good solution for those with sensitive teeth and gums or a bad gag reflex to comfortably achieve what they need from routine dentist visits. Though you will still be conscious, if using oral conscious sedation, plan to have someone drive you to our office and home after your visit.

IV Sedation
Intravenous sedation, otherwise known as IV Sedation, is a method used to reduce the amount of anxiety, apprehension, or fear during the dental appointment.

IV Sedation is specifically administered to each patient, providing a suitable level of comfort. In addition to the reduction of anxiety, many patients will develop an "amnesia" (due to the medication) and will therefore have no memory of the treatment.

Please contact our dental clinic if you have any questions concerning this method of treatment.

Prosthodontics
Our cosmetic dentists have a special interest in implant, esthetic and reconstructive dentistry, and focus on the restoration of oral function by creating prostheses and restorations.

We can replace missing teeth and related mouth or jaw structures using bridges, dentures, or other artificial devices, including maxillofacial prosthetics.

Implants
The cosmetic dentists at our Rapid City dental clinic use implants to replace one tooth or several teeth.

An implant is an artificial root and is placed in the bone as a substitute for a missing tooth. A tooth replacement fits over the implant, is set, and completed. The implant procedure may take a few months from initial placement to final restoration.
